“Alison is a highly skilled, knowledgeable and invaluable member of our SEN team.

She is fabulous at unpicking the underlying reasons behind children’s difficulties and her impressive knowledge and understanding enables her to draw upon a wide evidence base when suggesting strategies to be used. Her approachable and supportive manner puts parents and children at ease.

Her reports and assessments have been instrumental in successfully securing high needs funding and E.H.C. assessments.

- I would highly recommend In Mind Psychology service. It has really made a positive difference to the staff and pupils at Bewley Primary School.”

“Alison has been our school Educational psychologist for several years and during this time she has formed exceptional relationships with pupils and staff. Her sensitive and compassionate approach enables her to gain an in-depth understanding of children’s individual needs.

She provides assessments in many areas and never fails to deliver detailed reports suggesting manageable strategies, which can be used within a classroom setting. Parents have commented on her warm hearted approach and she will always endeavour to support staff with queries and questions in the best way she can. Alison takes a child centred approach and strives to ensure each child reaches their full potential.”
